FINUFFT precompiled binaries

Here are binaries for our FINUFFT (Flatiron Institute Non-Uniform Fast Fourier Transform) package, on various operating systems, including some MATLAB/MEX binaries. This is in case for some reason you are unable to compile on your system. The static library is larger, but more likely to work. Of course you will still need to install FINUFFT for the header files if you want to compile programs that link to the library. Please post a new git issue if you have a problem.
