High Redshift suite

z5* simulations are run to z = 5 (snapshot 67)
z7* simulations are run to z = 7 (snapshot 41)
z9* simulations are run to z = 9 (snapshot 26)

z5* simulations have halo catalogs from Rockstar at all snapshots and from AHF at most snapshots. z7* and z9* simulations have only AHF halo catalogs. None of these simulations have merger trees.
