Last updated: January 17, 2019 Contained in this directory are tabulated distribution functions for stellar mass (SMFs) and star formation rate (SFRFs) and for galaxies populations between z = 4 - 10 predicted by the Santa Cruz semi-analytic model (SAM) for galaxy formation, released along with the second paper of the Semi-Analytic Forecasts for JWST series (Paper II). The label "Fid" indicates predictions from our fiducial star formation and gas partitioning model, which provides the best match to observational constraints across all redshifts. Alternative models "KS" and "GKBig1" are also provided, see section 2 for a detailed description. The label "JWST" indicates predictions (from our fiducial model) that are tailored to mock JWST surveys (see section 3.1 for descriptions). For our fiducial model (GKBig2), we provide alternative predictions where we change the SNe feedback slope (alpha_rh; labeled as alp; see section 2 for model descriptions and section 3.2 for results). We also provide predictions where the gas depletion time (tau_*,0; labeled as tau) is changed by a factor of two. For our fiducial model, we also provide distribution functions for cold gas mass (CGMF) and molecular gas mass (H2MF). The 2d_scaling_relations_Fid folder contains a collection of scaling relations predicted by our fiducial model (see section 5). The first and second quantity in file name indicate the quantity plotted in the x and y axis, respectively. The 16th, 50th (median), and 84th percentiles are provided.
